10:30 Service

Service for the Lord’s Day

The beauty and majesty of the historic sanctuary of First Presbyterian Church is the setting for the Service for the Lord’s Day, each Sunday at 10:30 a.m.  Celebrating God’s goodness and love in an uplifting and up-dated traditional style, this service both inspires and empowers worshipers to the new life offered in Jesus Christ.

The music of the highly acclaimed Choir of First Presbyterian Church, handbell choirs, flute choir, guest artists, and the C. B. Fisk pipe organ provides the musical leadership.  The sermons are timely and thought-provoking and offer worshipers the full challenge of Christian discipleship.

Childcare is available for newborns through pre-school.

“Journeys in Worship,” a worship education program, is available for those in Kindergarten and First Grade.

Refreshments are available after the service and participants are invited to join us for a beverage and conversation during fellowship hour.
